Effective ways to detoxify your body


1. Encourage better circulation of oxygen through your body by breathing deeply.

2. Use positive emotions to overcome stress.

3. Go for hydrotherapy! Take a warm shower for about 5 minutes. You should feel the water running on your back. Then take a 30 seconds cold shower. Repeat this three times and then get a 30 minutes rest in your bed.

4. Take advantage of perspiration and sweat in a sauna for your body to eliminate wastes.

5. Dry-brushing your skin or using detox foot spas/foot baths for toxin removal through your body pores is another good way of detoxifying. You can get special brushes in stores where natural products are sold.

6. According to Bennett, exercise is the most effective way you can detoxify. You could practice jump-roping or Yoga an hour a day. The two are great! You could also do Qigong. This is an exercise system similar to martial arts. It includes detox centered exercises and some other health improving exercises.
