LEVEL ONE FULL
DETOX FASTING CLEANSE
The Atsumi level one cleansing is an exceptional program,
starting on any day of the week and running for at least four days to twenty
one days (without hormonal issues or health issues). We urge you to come for at
least seven days or more for more
perceptible results.
As our strongest cleanse, the level one program is a general cleanse from the inside to the
outside.
Before beginning a full fasting program with us, it is very crucial to pre-fast. Many people decide
to pre-fast on fruits with low fructose, green juices and vegetables for one week
or more before starting the full fast program.
